Can you believe this is a trash encloser?! The encloser is in the middle of two high traffic building and one of the first things folks see when exiting the Sounder ( our local public transit up here in WA) Making it bright and pretty increased the safety and also encourages unity between the two buildings rather than acting as a blockade.
